Change log

Changes to how the measurement is made, or to how it is aggregated, are recorded here. When a figure moves against the previous month, this is what tells you whether the world changed or the measurement did.

This list is generated by mailauth changelog (2026-09-23T17:12:25+00:00). Version changes are detected by machine, but what they did to the figures has to be written by a person. A month whose “interpretation” line is blank is one nobody has written up yet.

How this is recorded

When an aggregation definition changes, that month's figures cannot be compared directly with the previous month's. Past aggregations are not rebuilt retroactively; they are kept as history.
